This website is operated by Hada Coffee & Tea (“Hada”, “we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and other applicable privacy laws.

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to provide — your name, email address, the subject you select and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

We use the information you provide to respond to your message, to plan an event or catering you ask us about, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. If we add analytics in future, this policy will describe what is collected and how to opt out, and visitors in regions that require express consent will be asked before anything runs.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site and our communications — our website host and the service that delivers our contact-form messages — under agreements that limit their use of it. Some providers process data outside British Columbia, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where they lead to an event booking, for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it subject to our legal obligations. Write to us through our contact form. You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
